We make enrollment at Cummings Martial Arts easy. Simply click on the enrollment form below to register for classes. Our 2024-25 Class Calendar can be viewed here for reference.

Important notes about enrollment.
Due to limited class sizes we do not offer an unlimited number of weekly classes. Many classes are full during sessions, and may not be available until the next session.
Kenpo Karate: To insure the safety of our students, and because adults and children learn at a different pace, our classes do not combine adults and children.
Junior Assistant Leadership Program
Our Junior Assistant Leadership Program allows students in advanced ranks to become leaders. They do this by training to become a Junior Instructor, and by volunteering as a class assistant at least 1 day a week. To become and stay a leader there are rules to follow inside the studio as well as out. Maintaining a grade point average of B or above is one. This program teaches that what students do and how they act is as important as the martial arts they are training to master.
